ALL information contained within my Substack is verified AND documented, to the best of my ability. I take NO liability for the comments and re-stacks and postings of my subscribers OR non-subscribed viewers for THEIR input or comments, as that is not within my control.
But I WILL take down comments from users that are abusive in nature, denigrating to ANY person, regardless of whether they are ON my Substack or not, and WILL ban those who do such actions against ANY person. This is my PERSONAL Substack, operated solely by me, I have no staff, no assistants, so I am solely responsible for the information *I* post, but not my followers or subscribers.
In legal reference, I am NOT paid by ANY entity OTHER than my self-subscribed followers, and ALL monetary value of the site is wholly up to me to distribute or use as I see fit. BUT… on my behalf, ALL monetary value received is used, as I can financially prove, to further my Substack and it’s informational value, and not for my own aggrandizement or benefit.
My association with OTHER Substack entities who may or may not enjoy more lucrative monetary value has NO bearing on MY Substack, and I receive no compensation, other than through free subscriptions to THEIR content, for any services, recommendations, referrals, or any other actions taken through my Substack site.
